According to the law, a cancellation of the tenancy agreement is bound to strict rules for both the tenant and the landlord (Paragraph 7:271 BW). With our Tnancy Cancellation Service, you are confident you are cancelling your contract in a legal and sound matter.

What does this service entail?

We will:

  • Compose an official cancellation letter with our branding;
  • Issue a bailif or the post office to send the letter by registered means;
  • Send a registered letter to your landlord wherein we formally cancel the tenancy agreement by the given date, on your behalf;
  • Send you a copy of the registered letter per email;
  • Send you the Track and Trace from us as evidence per email.

We will use this email address to send the Power of Attonery to, which we need in order to send out a canellation letter on your behalf.

Please inquire with your educational organization to determine if they have received a referral code from us. We need to know the address of the property you would like to cancel the tenancy agreement of. Only Dutch Addresses! Note: If the recipients address is a P/O Box, fill in the P/O box number in the address bar. The Post code is of utmost importance to mention.

Mention the date you would like to end the tenancy agreement on.

If you want us to do so, we can instruct the landlord to transfer the deposit to your bank IBAN bank account. Please fill in the IBAN bank account number if you would like us to do so.

Please fill in the address of the property manager OR the landlord (as the company) who should receive the letter of cancellation.
